What should I do?

Send the same day you placed the booking with us an email to info@Airlines4all.com stating your booking reference plus attached a screenshot of the website of the other ticket provider where the itinerary is the same and the total price is cheaper (including the costs for payment by credit card - if you paid the same way to us).

Important: Many providers state the total price only in the last stage of the booking process, after you have entered all your personal information and the payment method.

What are the conditions of the Lowest Price Guarantee of Airlines4all?

  • Airlines4all.nl refunds the difference under the following conditions:
  • Your airline ticket has been already paid to Airlines4all
  • You can buy the same flight cheaper elsewhere (dates, flight number and travel conditions should be identical)
  • You have to sent us an email with a screenshot where the route and total price of the booking can be seen on the day of the purchase
  • Price Guarantee applies to the total price (airfare, taxes, fees and fixed fees), excluding any variable costs such as insurance, car hire, hotels, postal charges and credit card fees
  • Guarantee is given on all online sales channels with a domain name ending in . NL
  • Low cost airlines (low cost logo as Transavia, Wizzair, Martinair, EasyJet, Corendon and others are excluded since their pricing systems greatly fluctuate within hours of the day. Business class, First class, charter flights and flights offered by tour operators are also excluded
  • Difference per passenger must be at least € 25
  • Airlines4all.nl pay up to € 100 per passenger back
