FREE BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE
NEW IATA RULES New Baggage Policy recommended by IATA
(Always check for particular rules with your Carrier) Effective for tickets issued on/after 02 May 2011 Airlines introduces new rules
for carriage of free baggage based on the number and weight and dimension of the baggage. CHECKED BAGGAGE
Adult passenger may carry free of charge in the hold:

1. General rule – International and Domestic Flights:

Compartment	Free Baggage Allowance
Business class	2PC – max 23 kg and 158 cm each
Economy class	1PC- max 23 kg and 158 cm each

2. Exceptions:

Gold Member of FFP	Plus 1 PC – max 23 kg and 158 cm
Seamen	Plus 1 PC - max 23 kg and 158 cm
Infants	1 PC – max 10 kg and 115 cm

The dimension is the sum of the outside linear dimensions / l +h+w /

Passenger may carry excess baggage upon payment.
3. Extra Baggage Charges- International flights:

Overweight /between 23 kg and 32kg/	EUR 50
Oversize /between 158- 203cm/	EUR 70
Extra piece- second piece up to 23kg x 158 cm	EUR 50
Extra piece- third piece up to 23 kg x 158 cm	EUR 100

4. Extra Baggage Charges- Domestic flights:

Overweight /between 23 kg and 32kg/	EUR 20
Oversize /between 158- 203cm/	EUR 30
Extra piece- second piece up to 23kg x 158 cm	EUR 20
Extra piece- third piece up to 23 kg x 158 cm	EUR 50

Baggage over 32 kg can be accepted as cargo only.

5. Special baggage items

Sports Equipment	Will be included in the free baggage allowance if weight is up to 23 kg and dimensions are up to 200 cm It is considered as a baggage item. Exception: -International flights: one pair of ski as an extra piece - flat rate EUR30 apply. -Domestic flights: one pair of ski as an extra piece - flat rate EUR 20 apply.
Pet in cabin /PETC/- Max weight of the animal and the container-8kg. Max dimension of the container–48 x 35 x 22cm. Only cats and dogs are accepted as PETC.	Will not be included in the free baggage allowance. Flat rate of EUR50 applies.
Animals in hold /AVIH/ - Max weight of the animal and the container–32 kg. Max dimensions of the container–110 x 80 x 76 cm	Will not be included in the free baggage allowance. Flat rate of EUR80 applies.

CABIN BAGGAGE – 1 PC of max 10 kg.
Dimensions – 55 x 40 x 23 cm, max sum up to 115 cm

For interline routings with other partner airlines different baggage allowance may apply.
